New Op/Chief Rules and Regulations:
* Ops/Chiefs must utilize all the Supplies sent during their shift and
party must be full as much as possible.
* Ops/Chiefs will receive their Rewards and Salaries on their Op/Chief
account ONLY. Any request for transferring a reward/salary to another
account is not allowed.
* Ops/Chiefs must blogs which features topics as Daily Tips (10
pts), Community News (20 pts), Weekly Blogs (30 pts), and External
Recruitments (5 pts); and submit their blog links to Q&A Section for proper
recording. Required points to maintain every week is 50 pts. All points
res every Weekly Server Maintenance (Thursday, 03:00~05:00 Game Time).
* Op/Chief must stay online within their respective shift. This shall
strictly be monitored by the GMs.
* Any Op/Chief which were marked with Excused (personal), Late and/or
Absent will not be qualified to receive the rewards (Weekly/Monthly).
* Ops must send their chosen Day Offs and it will be active for the
current month. Day Offs res every month, and can’t be exchanged to any
Excuse, Late or Absent mark. Ops can still work on Day Off during given
situations, but this will not affect their Attendance and/or Salaries.
* Emergency Day Off; which is requested after an OP chose their
preferred Day off; should be sent 1 hour before your shift to be approved.
* Ops/Chiefs are invited to attend our Weekly Assembly every Wednesday
on random times.
* For recruitment, Chiefs need to send the names of the WYDians to Q&A
Section, (and Ops to our Op Q&A Section). Recruitments are during
Mons-Thurs only.
* Ops/Chiefs may kick any Member granted they submit a valid reason to
Q&A Section with screenshot of the violation.
* Ops/Chiefs are not allowed to transfer their Academy/Guild Tag to
another account or character anymore.
* All terminated or resigned (account/sub – accounts of) OPs/Chiefs are
not allowed to re-apply for the position.
* Ops/Chiefs who failed to follow the above rules and regulations will
be given disciplinary action.
Operators who failed to follow the rules and regulation will be given a
proper sanction.
* Ops/Chiefs who traded supplies provided by the GMs to other players
will be automatically kicked from their position and will get 7-days
account ban.
* Ops/Chiefs who made more than 4 absences within the month will
automatically be removed from their position without prior notice.
* Ops/Chiefs who aren''t online 5 minutes before their shift will start
is considered as late.
* Ops/Chiefs who were proven using improper language will be given
proper sanction.
* Ops/Chiefs may be removed from their position if proven guilty from
reported complaints submitted by players in our Q&A Section.
* Ops/Chiefs who were proven sharing their accounts/items to other
players will be kicked or terminated immediately without any warning and
will not receive compensation.
* Ops/Chiefs who will get involved in any “hack/scam” case will be
terminated and will not receive any compensation.
* Any Ops/Chiefs proven using supplies in any shared parties will be
removed in the position and will get 7-days account ban.

Ops will receive the following during their shift. Single Op will receive
double supplies. Also, we will send double supplies during weekends:

Academy Points System:
OPs/Chiefs are given a task, once completed successfully, will earn them
points. OP/Chief should maintain at least 50 Points every week for them to
stay in the position.
Every Ops/Chiefs are required to their own blog site.
How to get Academy Points?
• 10 Points = Daily Tips. For every daily tips posted in OP’s Blog or
Facebook Fan Page, they will receive 10 Points.
Ex: Reting Stat points using sapphire:
1st step: Get 10 pcs. Sapphire and put it in your inventory (exact 10 pcs.
or Bundle only)
2nd step: Go to Ability Master located near Aki in Armia (x: 2149 y:2067)
3rd step: Remove all equips of your character except cape and guild medal.
4th step: Talk to Ability Master and confirm the dialog box.
5th step: 100 stat points on each stat will now re.
• 20 Points = WYD community news. They may post news, gossip, issues from
guilds, conflicts from other players, event suggestions, etc. (anything
that happens inside the game). They may post this at their blog or fan
page. Every post will grant them 20 Points.
• 30 Points = Weekly Blog. They may choose their topic related inside the
game under the following category.
1. Guild
2. Item
3. Premium item
4. Guild war
5. Character build
6. In-Game Events
7. GM’s
8. Rivalry
• 5 Points = Recruitment Effort [External]. Ops/Chiefs may post a thread at
their local/international gaming forum site that will invite other players
to join their academy. The link will be submitted in Q&A or OP Q&A and GM’s
will verify every link. They will earn 5 Points for every qualified
thread/link.
Note:
If an OP/Chief’s score is less than 50 OP pts within a week, he/she will be
removed from the position and the OP slot will become available to others.
All Points will re to 0 during Weekly Server Maintenance (03:00~05:00
Game Time).
